You are cordially invited to participate as a VENDOR at the upcoming Dare to BE Beautiful Weekend Retreat sponsored by Marvelous Light Empowerment Association, and Community Fellowship Christian Center International. The event is scheduled to take place April 30 – May 1, 2010 at the Renaissance Concourse Hotel – Atlanta Airport. The theme for this year’s event is “In His Image: Treasure the Skin You Are In.” We are expecting approximately 500 registrants from across the southeast region to participate in this event.
We are encouraging all of our vendor friends to showcase and/or sell their products and services. The Vendor Expo will open Friday evening, April 30, during the retreat’s Welcome Reception, held in the pre-function hall, and will be open all day Saturday, May 1. The cost for a vendor table is $300. This fee includes:
· 1 – 6’ draped table
· 1 – Chair
· 1 – Wastebasket
· 1 – Identification sign
· 1 – Conference Registration (1 person)
· Listing in the D2BB Souvenir Booklet
A Vendor ONLY registration is $150 (does not include a conference registration); Non-Profit Vendors are FREE. To register as a vendor for this event, please complete the attached Vendor Registration Form, and sign and fax back to Keshia Jones-Johnson at 770-997-0104. The deadline for vendor registration is Thursday, April 15, 2010. A vendor confirmation letter will be emailed to you upon completion of the vendor registration form and receipt of payment, indicating your table assignment, move-in/move-out schedule, and other pertinent logistical information.
